50-minute session: $150

60-minute session: $180

NDIS Counselling (Self/Plan-Managed)
$156.16 per hour (in line with the current NDIS price guide)

NDIS Positive Behaviour Support
$232.99 per hour (in line with the current NDIS price guide)

Private Behavioural Consultancy
$230 per hourÂ
Please note that fees are subject to periodic review.
Behaviour support fees may be fully funded under the NDIS if you have a current and active plan.
Counselling fees may be funded through the NDIS if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed.
To secure your initial session, payment details must be provided.
Payment Options
We aim to make the payment process as seamless as possible. Payments are processed securely through our online booking system using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Bank transfer may be available upon request.
Please note that payment is automatically processed on the day of your scheduled session.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are not currently available for our counselling services. We are committed to providing affordable, human-centered care without the need for a GP referral or formal mental health care plan.
Rebates & Concession
Concession
A limited number of concession or reduced-fee sessions are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. These are offered based on availability and can be discussed at the time of enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer appointments to those in need, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our waitlist effectively and provide consistent care for all clients.
Late cancellations or non-attendance without notice may incur the full session fee.
